1. JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work with Training Manager to develop training roadmap and conduct specific training sessions for
IELTS CITY teachers;
• Conduct regular or ad-hoc coaching, training sessions to help develop teachers’ teaching skills;
• Teach IELTS to students & working adults (both Academic and General Training);
• Assign and grade IELTS homework following IELTS CITY’s standards & guidelines;
• Evaluate students’ class work and their performance during the courses;
• Conduct Formative assessment following IELTS CITY’s guidelines and procedures to ensure quality
control;
• Conduct, grade and write reports for Placement Tests, Mid-term Test and Final Tests;
• Work with Academic Team leader in assigned R&D projects.

3. REQUIREMENTS
• High English Proficiency (in both written and verbal communication);
• IELTS certificate 8.0+ overall or equivalent is an advantage;
• DELTA/CELTA/ TEFL /TESOL certificate or equivalent English language teaching qualification;
• Holding at least three-year work experience in teaching IELTS;
• Own a degree in English major;
• Vietnamese teachers are preferred;
• Having experience in quality control or system management is a big advantage.
