Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, you will lead the Marketing team and provide day-to-day mentoring to the all marketing staffs (10-12 members) at IELTS CITY. The main responsibility for the role consist of boosting our brand awareness while also managing leads growth.

You will also create a work environment that encourages teamwork, commitment & success. This will involve supervising, motivating, advising and helping a team of unique individuals with different backgrounds along with collaborating with Sales & Academic department.

We do care much about our customers’ experiences & that’s why the Marketing Manager will be also reponsible for boosting the experiences of students on both online & offline sides. Potential Candidate will be able to be promoted to the position: Marketing Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketing Planning, Executing & Management

Branding

  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Shape and communicate our vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Management & Training

  • Manage a team of 10-12 members
  • Run weekly meetings and set objectives for every team member;
  • Train & improve performance of all marketing staffs;

Report

  • Monitor the timely follow-up on leads;
  • Report weekly & monthly marketing performance.
  • Run monthly meetings with BOD to summerize & propose marketing direction & plan;

• Marketing & Sales collaboration

  • Develop and manage all Sales and Marketing materials to boost sales & attract new customer;
  • Ensure that all leads are entered in the system with the right form;
  • Identify inefficiencies in the coordination between the marketing and the sales team with respect to final performance of IELTS CITY.
  • Attend the weekly customer insights meeting to identify the location marketing opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years of Marketing experience;
  • At least 2 years experience at the same role;
  • Strong Digital Marketing strategy & experience;
  • Strong branding & creative experience;
  • Understanding of core marketing principles;
  • Understanding of or experience within English Language Teaching sector;
  • Good level of English and fluent in local language, prefer candidates with IELTS at least 6.0;
  • Showing interest in education in general and foreign languages in particular;
  • Working full-time (5.5 days per week);
  • Prefer candidate with smart-working style.
