Đề bài: The diagram shows the process of the production of olive oil. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Introduction: Paraphrase đề bài. Nêu nội dung mà biểu đồ thể hiện.
Lưu ý: Phương châm viết phần introduction chính là “đơn giản, súc tích, tiết kiệm thời gian.”
Overview: Nêu những đặc điểm khái quát nhất (2 – 3 ý):
- Quá trình quá trình này chủ yếu là thủ công, với sự hỗ trợ của các công cụ đơn giản;
- Bao gồm bảy công đoạn;
- Bắt đầu từ việc thu gom ô liu và kết thúc với việc trữ hoặc bán thành phẩm.
Body paragraph: Mô tả cụ thể từng công đoạn.

3. Sample Answer band 7.5+
The given diagram represents the process in which olive oil is produced.
Generally, as the diagram shows, this process is primarily manual, with the aid of simple tools. In addition, there are seven stages involved, from collecting olives to storing or selling the end product.
Olive trees supply the principal ingredient, olives, which are gathered into baskets and then rinsed in cold water. A belt is employed as a conveyor to carry washed olives to a tank for smashing, which results in the removal of olive stones and the production of olive paste. The paste is put into bags that have holes all over. The next stage is where these bags are placed between two round pieces of equipment that constitute a juice extractor, underneath which is laid a large container. After the extraction stage, water is drained off from the juice, leaving the extra virgin olive oil, now ready for bottling to either be stored for domestic use or sold.

4. Các từ vựng cần highlight
- Manual /ˈmænjuəl/ [adj]: operated or controlled by hand rather than by machine or using electricity, etc. (thủ công).
- With the aid of something [phrase] = with the help of something. Lưu ý: “aid” phát âm là /eɪd/.
- Supply something /səˈplaɪ/ [v] = provide something (cung cấp).
- Principal /ˈprɪnsəpl/ [adj]: most important; main (chính yếu).
- Employ something [v] = use something [v]: sử dụng cái gì.
- Conveyor /kənˈveɪər/ [n] = conveyor belt [n]: a continuous moving strip or surface that is used for transporting objects from one place to another (băng chuyền).
- Constitute something [v]: to be the parts that together form something (tạo thành).
- Extract [v]: to remove or obtain a substance from something, for example by using an industrial or a chemical process (chiết xuất).
